IT Works' journey began in 1995 as an executive search firm for the Information Technology industry.

IT Works was formed by IT professionals for the IT professionals. Our team is made up of practitioners in the industry with more than 120 man years of working experience. We understand the industry because we are part of the industry. We have an in-depth understanding of technology, the various business models and organisations in the market.

The senior managers of our team have worked for global IT companies like Autodesk, AT&T, Digital,HP, NCR in both Singapore and Asia . Some of us have also spent a better part of their corporate lives working in the banking industry as technology operations/applications head or in trading, front line/middle office positions before embarking on a career in executive search. With more than 16 years of executive search work in Asia, we have established a wide network of contacts with professional staff in the IT and the banking industry throughout the region.

Today, we can provide executive search, recruitment services and tools to other industries beyond the IT and Banking Sectors.

In keeping with the changes in technology and the recruitment landscape, IT Works has adopted web based recruitment tools to help our clients to hire better and faster candidates who are suitably qualified.

We partner with leading authors and companies to provide ability/fit test,knowledge/skill test and competency based interviews. With the introduction of virtual interviews, we help clients reduce the cost and time to hire. Only the final shortlist of candidates need to be interviewed face to face.
